Many studies continue to highlight the growing importance of one’s social skills in the workplace.  Research conducted by Havard University, the Carnegie Foundation and the Sanford Research Center concluded that one’s success especially in the workplace is based on less than 15% technical skills and 85% social skills. Although this research finds its roots in 1918, we continue to read about such studies and results today.

The University partnership program is designed to enhance the students’ overall education as they prepare for internship opportunities and as they prepare to enter the workplace.

• Preparing for the interview
• Interviewing skills
• The business meal/Dining Etiquette
• Business protocol
